With a history of excellence in jurisdictional issues, Rachel James has represented clients in cases involving child custody, paternity, spousal maintenance, property division and post-decree modification. She also represents clients in the areas of third-party custody involving grandparent rights and in loco parentis matters.
Admitted to practice law in Arizona, California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Ms. James is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Arizona Women Lawyers Association.
Ms. James received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa in 2002 and her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law in 2005.
